SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

The website https://aligner-buddy.com is owned and operated by Aligner-Buddy. This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our website. We are committed to delivering the products in the perfect condition at the address indicated by the customers in the checkout pages or subscribed membership information. To optimize delivery, we request our customers to provide the correct address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

COUNTRIES WHERE WE SHIP

We deliver to Australia and New Zealand. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days and we use Australia Post as our mode of shipment delivery method.

SHIPPING COSTS

Aligner-Buddy offers free shipping on all orders above $25.00. Shipping costs on orders under $25.00 may vary according to the shipping services chosen and on the customer’s delivery location and address. Shipping charges for orders under $25.00 will be calculated and shown at checkout.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

We also offer subscription services which include a pack of several products which are delivered to you every month. If you have opted to join our services through subscription, there will not be any shipping charges. MODE OF PAYMENT

You can pay through credit card, debit card, or PayPal. If you have subscribed to our services monthly, your card will be automatically recharged on a subscription renewal date of every month.

CANCELLATION

Once you have placed an order you cannot cancel it. If you are a member of Aligner-Buddy through subscription service, you can choose to cancel your plan before the next subscription renewal and your plan will be canceled.

DELAYS

 We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, we are also not responsible for delays related to the courier and shipment services itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

We will not be responsible, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses. The customers and purchasers are advised to fill out their correct address when filling out the form at the checkout or when subscribing to our membership services.  

REFUND POLICY

There will be no refunds of any sort, whether in credit, exchanges, gift cards, coupons, monies, merchandise, deposits. We offer packaged goods that are completely sealed and in their original state. There are no returns as items are sealed and non-refundable.

If there is an error or mistake on our side and we have sent a product by mistake, the correct product will be sent out at no additional charges or fees.
